Have You Every Choked Your Scale

Okay. I have been exercising like crazy. My favorite machine is the Elliptical.

I stepped it up at the gym to four times per week, and I have gained 1/2 pound this week.

I am going to try colon cleansing as a solution. Try Ultimate Colon Cleanse: All-Natural Body Cleanse. I heard from a friend who swears by this product that this is the way to go.

Because I am so active and busy throughout the day, I have stepped up my vitamin usage. I am really low on Iron and Folic acid. I am going to get a great deal at SupplementsToGo.com. Check them out for yourself, and write me about it.

My partners at Vital Pal has a great deal for you as well. This week's coupon code are 5dSAVE831 & 10dSAVE831. Customers get $5 when they spend $100 or $10 off when they spend $200 at VitaPal.com.

I am still drinking plenty of water and peeing like a puppy. TMI:) Sorry. But, I will continue to do all the right things to lose weight without assaulting my scale.

Stay on track with your weight loss program. Let's cheer each other on! Right?

Lose Weight by Staying Focused on YOUR Goals

You every wonder about how easily some people can lose weight? Is it frustrating that you do everything that you are supposed to do and still you gain? I can walk past the cake table at a grocery store and five pounds will instantly jump onto my hips. Okay, well I exaggerate, but you get the picture. I struggle to lose weight.

Today is August 27, 2007. My goal is to lose 35 pounds. I wear a size 10 dress and my goal is to return to a size 6 dress. This blog is my journey. Or albatross around my neck...just kidding.

You might think..."that is not a lot of weight." What is YOUR goal? Goals are personal and near and dear to your heart. Whether you want to lose 5 pounds to fit into that new dress that you bought or plan to buy. Perhaps your doctor told you that you HAVE to lose weight for medical reasons. Either way, you need a goal attached to a date. I want to lose 2 pounds per week; I have 17.5 weeks to achieve my goal. That equates to 4.37 months. So my target date is around mid January 2010. Stop laughing. I know what you are thinking. Holidays around the corner. How is losing weight possible? What...with all the parties and entertaining...the food....ahhhhh...Is she nuts?!

I've read many books about losing weight and dieting, which proved to be very helpful. Many books will give you tips about eating properly along with exercising regularly. One thing that has helped me stay focused while I am exercising, is music. I purchase music and download it into my MP3 player and I sync it or save it onto my PDA.
